San Fab’s diverters and merges are commonly used to divide the flow of products into multiple lanes or flows. This is accomplished through the use of divert gates and /or belts, swing arms, pushers, rising mechanisms, etc. Our latest innovation is the High Speed Servo Merge System that can combine two, three or four lanes of product into one at throughput rates up to 200 loads per minute. Each lane uses our latest Servo Driven Induction Belt technology to assure product flow is smooth, evenly spaced and oriented into the appropriate density to achieve maximum efficiency.
